Lareesa Willis: From Living Paycheck to Paycheck to Getting Paid Daily

I grew up as an obese child.  I know what it is like to be teased, picked on, stared at, called names, etc.  I know what it was like to squeeze into chairs, or sit at a table instead of a regular desk and to have to bring your birth certificate to prove your age on field trips. I know what it’s like to not be able to fit on rides at amusement parks and to watch others having fun. When I graduated high school at 17, I was a size 20.

My father passed away from a heart attack and even though I didn’t want that to be my fate, I found myself wearing a size 34/36.  Emotional eating had me killing myself slowly with each bite I took!  I would get winded walking across parking lots and going up the steps in my home. I was beyond depressed, borderline diabetic, and my doctor was about to put me on hypertension medication.  But, thank God I found Xyngular!

* These results may not reflect the results of all consumers. The earning figures will depend upon an individual’s efforts, the area in which they live and the time they dedicate to their independent Distributors.

Xyngular pays all my living expenses and then some!  Currently, I'm a Silver Director, making $5000 - $6,000 a month, and I'm excited about my future!

I lost 13lbs my first 8 days on the Ignite Fat Burning System.  I was amazed at how much energy I had, how good I felt, and my cravings for sweets were gone!  I'd failed at so many different programs that I was blown away by the immediate results.  That motivated me to keep going and I'm now down 105 pounds!

Do I still have a ways to go?  Yes. But, for the first time in my life I can see the finish line.  I'm smaller now than when I graduated high school!  I can't express how it felt to put on jeans that were a 16 and to purchase a size 14 top!  Or, how it feels to ride on airplanes and not ask for a seatbelt extension!  To think, I thought this was going to be like everything else.  Boy was I wrong!

Right away, I started sharing this blessing with others.  I posted my before and after picture on Facebook and people started joining me on my journey!!  I received my first pink check a few days later and knew then that this was a real opportunity to not only change my health, but my lifestyle.  I owned two businesses, a beauty school and a hair salon.  Both failed and I ended up in Corporate America as an Operations Analyst at a bank.

After 3 years on my job, I couldn't get a Manager position.  But, with Xyngular, I became a manager after only 3 weeks!  I maintained that rank for a few months and then I went to my first event.  It's true, events change lives.  I came back on fire and double ranked twice! I love the recognition! I've been on the leader board many times, sponsoring up to 44 people in one month!

I went from struggling, living paycheck to paycheck to getting daily paychecks!  So many in fact, that I was able to fire my boss in July of 2013!  Xyngular pays all my living expenses and then some!  Currently, I'm a Silver Director, making $5000 - $6,000 a month, and I'm excited about my future!

I'm so thankful that I can create substantial residual income doing what I love to do: helping people.  It was so simple.  I plugged into my sponsor, Tameka Jackson Adenuga and my mentor, Silver Executive Tyrone Parker, who had a system in place.  If it was working for him, surely it could work for me!  I became coachable, got rid of the excuses and stepped out of my comfort zone.  Growth is uncomfortable, but necessary. Each day, I strive to be better than the person I was the day before. I'm reading and listening to successful people in and out of the network marketing industry like Darren Hardy, Eric Worre, Joel Osteen, and many others.  We must work on ourselves harder than we do our businesses.  I'm amazed at how much I've grown personally since starting my journey in September of 2012.

Since then, I've been blessed to have met some incredible people along this journey.  We call ourselves Team Trans4mations.  We are growing at a rapid pace because we are focused on changing lives... it's one day, one pound at a time for us.  We know we didn't gain it overnight, so we won't lose it overnight.  But, we now have the tools and support that we need to be successful. Every member of the team is asked to complete a Success Blueprint upon joining.  It is vital to have them write down their goals and to know WHY they started.  As a leader, we have to sometimes remind people of their WHY to keep them on track.  Everything goes back to your why.  Everything.  I try my best to lead by example.  I won't tell my team to do something I haven't done.

Every person I come in contact with is a prospect! I've learned that you can't say the wrong thing to the right person!  Sometimes, I fumble my words, or laugh nervously, but my prayer is that my heart shines through.  I want people to know that being introduced to Xyngular has changed my life completely.  I'm on track to better health, I have time freedom, and I’m not stressed out over bills anymore.  For the first time in a long time, I can breathe! I can't help but share it with the world.

If someone rejects this blessing, I just move on to the next person. We are looking for people who are looking for us. There are people who are looking and praying for a change, we just have to find them.  They are at church, the grocery store, the gas station, the mall, the airport... people are everywhere!

If your business is not growing, you're not talking to enough people.  I know it can be a little intimidating, but it all starts with a simple hello.  If you can say hello, you can make a new friend.  If you can make a new friend, you now have someone you can share the opportunity with.  I think a lot of us are thinking about it too much.  Just smile, make eye contact, and start getting to know people.  Often times, people will open up to you without you having to say much, especially if you throw in a compliment near the beginning of the conversation.  Whatever you do, don't take no's personally! Look at it as being one step closer to that yes.  We know what we have so keep being a product of the product and going for no! I tell my team all the time:  Keep planting seeds.  It's up to God to bring the harvest!

I've also learned that time is very valuable.  We must recognize when we want something for someone else more than they want it for themselves.  If that is the case, we need to move on quickly.  I am constantly frontline sponsoring, adding to the team.  I can't spend my time rubbing two wooden sticks together when I can go out and find someone already on fire!  I add their excitement (fire) with the products/opportunity and boom, an explosion!

It hasn’t always been easy.  I face obstacles and challenges just like everyone else.  I still battle emotional eating, but I’m learning my triggers and the support we have has helped me tremendously!  With the business, it’s easy to get discouraged if people quit or return products.  But, in the Bible teaches us not to get weary in well doing. So, continue to share.  The people that are meant to be on your team will be on your team!  Don’t give up.

I must say, it really makes you feel good when someone recognizes what you’re doing.  Sometimes, a pat on the back is all you need to keep going. So, THANK YOU XYNGULAR for patting me on the back and giving me the opportunity to share my story.  If anyone wants to know what I believe to be the key to having a successful business with Xyngular, it’s staying consistent.  I love that it's flexible, but you can't pick it up and put it down.  You won't build or keep momentum that way.  You've got to make it a part of your everyday and if you truly believe in the products, it becomes an easy thing to do.  When I talk about Xyngular, I speak with passion and excitement.  People gravitate to me because of that.  They want what I have, before they even really know what I have!  Excitement can carry you a long way!  I'm getting healthy, gaining confidence, traveling around the world with amazing people, and making a full-time income doing part time work!! It doesn’t get much better than this!
