Joanne Wolff: Xyngular Paid for My House and Pool!

Joanne Wolff: Xyngular Paid for My House and Pool!

When I made the decision to start a Xyngular business back in November of 2010 I had no idea I would have the success I am experiencing today! I was in a situation where I had been married to an alcoholic hoarder who kept us under tremendous debt for 28 years. I was given a sample of Xyng by my good friends Toni & Randy McClinton and 2 days later lost my job. I really felt stuck in that situation and just gave up ever thinking I could get out of it.

I can’t even pinpoint exactly what it was that pulled me up, but believed God would give me a chance if I would just have the faith to believe it could happen. I only knew about Xyng at that point, so I started sharing it with all my friends, signed up my adult children and made it to Manager in January and February of 2011, but soon found I had not built a good foundation and by March and April I wasn’t even half way to Manager. It was like someone kicked me in the stomach when I looked at my options…..stay in the miserable living situation I was in, apply for Social Security (which was $750 a month), or figure out a way to make my Xyngular business work.

* These results may not reflect the results of all consumers. The earning figures will depend upon an individual’s efforts, the area in which they live and the time they dedicate to their independent Distributors.

I found myself making 5 times a month more than what I had made the past 30 years.

When I found out there were more products, I went back to everyone who had gotten on the Xyng and told them about the Ignite System and every one of them ordered an Ignite. Then I tried emailing more friends with no response (I think I said too much), and then I mailed out samples of Xyng and again did not get responses upon follow-up.

I started getting a determination that I was going to do whatever it took to make my Xyngular business work. It hit me that I really didn’t have the belief that I was a business person and kept telling myself “I can’t.” I took a good hard look at the fact that if I really wanted to do this business I had to change my thought process and build up my belief in myself, the products and the company. I set out a game plan of saturating myself with the Corporate and Distributor calls, made a dream board with all the ranks, Passport Rewards and amount of money I wanted to be making per month. When I read “Dare to Dream, Work to Win” and listened to Jim Rohn’s “Building Your Network Marketing Business,” I applied their teachings to specific issues I wanted to change. I attended every Corporate destination and local event. I plastered signs all over my house of the rank I wanted to reach so it was always in front of me. This is really powerful because it keeps it in your sites and brings us back on track when we lose our focus daily. I made a commitment to myself that I would step out of my comfort zone every opportunity that came my way. It wasn’t easy and I wrestled with it but I knew that if I kept doing what I was doing my life would not change. I also knew that every time I stepped out of my comfort zone it would get easier and easier. We keep ourselves in a box when we just keep doing the same things and getting nowhere because if nothing changes….nothing changes!

My sponsor coached me to talk to all my team and reach down helping them get the vision of reaching Manager. Some were halfway there and just didn’t know. So we worked it together with 3 way calls to get them to Manager and just kept sharing with everyone.

When we went to Xyngfest in Vegas in July 2011 we had 7 on our team in attendance. I attended my first Xyngfling event alone in Nashville. We had our first Corporate event in Puyallup WA in September 2011 with Marc Walker and had 52 people in attendance. We now have between 130-140 people attending our Corporate area events and 25-35 team attending the Corporate destination events. We attended Xyngfete in October 2011 and our Director’s Invitational in Arizona. These destination events were a huge catalyst for building my business.

I built my belief up so much in this company, products and myself. I truly believe 100% that I am doing everyone a favor that I share with! I developed an attitude of not becoming personally attached to the outcome of my sharing. I wasn’t selling or convincing, just sharing until I found someone who saw the value in what we have and was ready to change their life.

Within 18 months of doing my personal development, I found myself making 5 times a month more than what I had made the past 30 years. During that time period I also earned 5 all-expense paid trips….3 around the world. As an Executive, at this point I earn an average of over $130,000 annually, over $11,000 a month, and over $2,700 weekly. When you include all the trips and cash bonuses I’ve earned, this increases dramatically. Compare this to working 8 hours a day for the past 30 years as an Administrative Assistant never bringing home more than $2,000 a month.

When I started, I wasn’t interested in weight loss because I had resigned myself to being a fat grammy buying larger and larger clothes…I didn’t care anymore. But I got on all the products to become a product of the product’ and ended up losing 44 lbs in 7 months, and going from a size 16 to a size 4, my body was no longer addicted to carbs and sugar and I experienced the freedom of being in control of my eating. I have kept the weight off for over 2 ½ years, no longer have acid reflux. My Cholesterol is now optimal and at the age of 66 I feel better than I ever have.

My Xyngular business enabled me to buy a house in Arizona and I moved there from Washington State in October 2012. In the 13 months I have lived here, I have traveled every month but March and November. I have attended every destination event from Tennessee, Florida, Nevada to Utah. I have traveled to Washington State to visit my kids there and host Corporate events, to Tennessee, Nebraska and Georgia to speak at our teams events. I’ve been flown by Corporate to share my story in Oklahoma, Kansas, Alabama and Florida. I’ve been blessed to travel to Arizona (before I moved here) for my Director’s Invitational, Robert Redford’s Sundance Resort, took one of my daughters on a Caribbean cruise and my daughter and granddaughter to Dubai and have made some amazing friendships with my traveling buddies. I’m looking forward to taking my grandson on my Sundance Mentor trip I earned. I was able to take my oldest daughter, Kashia, to the CMA Festival in Nashville for a week and visit one of my daughters in Boston and spend time on Cape Cod with her.

When I moved into my home I was able to pay cash for a new sectional sofa, 2 large flat screen TV’s, bedroom and living room furniture. I recently purchased a new 3 door stainless steel refrigerator. I am in the process of paying off the home I’m living in here in Arizona. I also bought an investment home in another part of Arizona that not only pays its own mortgage but most of the one I’m occupying too. This past July I was able to have an in-ground pool installed and pay cash for it. In 3 years to go from totally giving up on life and seeing no hope of ever being able to get out of the situation I had been in for 28 years to paying cash for an indoor pool is hard for me to comprehend. The pool was actually more symbolic of how far I have come in these past 3 years with a bright future. My life just started, I’m was a late bloomer starting at the age of 63!

I have a game plan for taking care of myself and I never let my bank account get below a certain amount. Even though I have plans to have a sport court installed in my back yard for pickle ball, I believe God gave me a strong desire to apply a large amount of money to help with the relief in the Philippines, as well as a donation to our fellow teammate who lost their home in the Illinois tornado, Samaritan’s Purse for military husbands and wives to go to a retreat in Alaska to reunite in a beautiful setting and being fed spiritually as well as a donation for farm animals to help families provide their own food. One of my favorite donations I was able to give 4 times my usual amount to another team member’s church to help children in need. I would never have been able to make a difference in other people’s lives in this way if it wasn’t for Xyngular. I believe these donations will reap eternal rewards for the recipients through these organizations and so thankful I can be a small part of that. The delay of the sport court is so insignificant compared to the lives changed by the donations.

Xyngular has changed my life in every single way. The products have given me a better quality of life with lowered cholesterol, relief from acid reflux and a total body transformation that I wasn’t even looking for. I feel like I’m making a difference in this world now that is impacting so many lives just like Xyngular impacted mine. I don’t have anyone to rely on at the age of 66 so I’m trying to make sure I am being a good steward with what I’ve been given but I also feel like I can enjoy it too. The personal development not only changed my business, but also my personal life giving me confidence in my life so that I can enjoy it to the fullest. The 28 years in that relationship taught me a way to survive in spite of my circumstances. I can’t change those 28 years now but I can draw on what I learned to make my life the best it can be now.

Some things I learned along the way:

  1. Don’t want the business or the products for someone more than they want them.
  2. Your “WHY” will be a driving force stronger than any incentive offered, so peel it back until your passion overwhelms you with desire
  3. Be duplicatable and keep it simple. I see people making this way harder than it needs to be. People don’t care how eloquent you speak or how flashy your presentation is. Some great advice I was given was ‘just be Joanne with your passion for what the products did for you.’ We don’t have to be like anyone else. They want to know how these products or business will benefit them.
  4. Don’t take on other people’s issues that you have no control over. They will steal your focus and drain you emotionally.
  5. Don’t let anyone steal your dreams, not even yourself!
  6. Do some form of personal development every day.
  7. Mastering 3-way calls has truly been one of the most important tools I’ve used.
  8. Figure out the way you want to expose your 30 second story to the most people.
  9. Set goals of how you are going to reach each rank. When I started I figured out how many Ignites my team and I would have to get into people’s hands to make a certain rank.
  10. Be coachable.
  11. Do something every day, share with one person, do one follow up, get on one phone call.
  12. Attend all Corporate area and destination events.
  13. I figured out that if I could help my new starts be successful on the 8 day Ignite that I would find some business builders.
  14. Listen to why they want to become involved either with the products or business so you can best know how to help them.
  15. Don’t pre-judge anyone. Give everyone you speak to the opportunity to sign up with the most benefit as a Distributor and if you take them to your website and explain everything starting with the best, (in my opinion the Ultimate Transformation Kit), let them make the decision based on what they want to accomplish and how much they want to spend. But don’t prejudge them and possibly deny them an opportunity to really affect their health or finances…..let them decide.
  16. Follow up is KEY.
  17. Have fun, if it’s not fun, I suggest you take a look at what is causing that and change whatever it is

I want to thank my sponsors Toni and Randy McClinton who have been by my side supporting me to my success from day one. I also want to thank the rest of our support line and team because I know I am where I am at because of all of them. I am forever grateful to Xyngular for this opportunity to redesign my whole life. My hope is that we all continue to pay it forward and change as many lives as possible.
